Automating the Design Process with ChatGPT and Canva

Hello Rockstar! Welcome back to my YouTube channel. In today’s video, I will show you how to automate your design process using ChatGPT and Canva. Do you agree with me that coming up with content ideas and designing graphics actually consumes a lot of time? Well, with Canva and ChatGPT, you’ll be able to create 30+ social media designs in just five minutes. Let’s dive right in!

To begin this process, you need to have a ChatGPT account. If you’re using your phone, simply go to the Play Store or Apple Store and download ChatGPT. If you’re using your laptop, you can visit chat.openai.com. Once you’re logged in, you can tell ChatGPT to generate 30 motivational posts for your business or any other niche you want. Just come up with a strategy and let ChatGPT do the work for you.

Once the content is generated, copy it and move over to your Excel or Google Sheets. Paste the content into a spreadsheet and save it as a CSV file. Now, let’s move on to Canva. If you don’t have a Canva account, you can find a link in the description box below on how to get Canva Pro for free.

Open Canva and click on ‘Instagram Post’ as we’re creating designs for Instagram. Search for a template that suits your needs, such as ‘business motivation.’ Choose a template and customize it to your liking. Then, click on ‘Apps’ in the left corner of your Canva account and select ‘What creates.’ Upload the CSV file you downloaded from Excel or Google Sheets.

Now, you can place the content on the template by clicking where you want to place the text. Customize the design further by changing colors and other elements. Once you’re satisfied, click on ‘Continue’ and generate the remaining 29 pages for your content. Finally, click on ‘Share’ and download your content. Schedule them on your Instagram or Facebook page.
