Hello, my name is Riley from Numerous. Today, I’m going to show you how you can use Numerous inside of Google Sheets to automate your spreadsheet tasks.
To get started, go to the extensions button in the menu and install the Numerous add-on from the Google Store. Once installed, you can access Numerous Ai by clicking on the sidebar.
In this demo, I have a table with a list of restaurant reviews. Let’s say I want to write a response to each review using AI. I can use the formula ’equals AI’ and provide the review as a prompt. The AI will generate a response that I can then drag down to apply to other reviews.
Next, I want to extract the food item mentioned in each review. I can use the ’extract’ tool in the sidebar to automatically extract the food item from the review.
Now, let’s find out the cuisine of the extracted food item. I can use the ‘get basic information’ tool to find the cuisine of the food item.
Additionally, I can analyze the sentiment of each review using the ‘sentiment analysis’ tool. This will help me determine if the review is positive or negative.
Finally, I can generate a formula to assign a value of 1 or 0 based on the sentiment. I can use the ‘generate formula’ tool to describe the formula I want, and Numerous will generate it for me.
By automating these tasks with Numerous, I can save time and streamline my spreadsheet analysis. I hope you found this tutorial helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to email us. Thank you for watching!
