Hi, it’s Bruce from Prodrive here. Today, we’re going to talk about auditing your supply chains for cyber attacks. Recently, there has been a lot of talk from the government about the danger and risk of supply chain cyber attacks. These attacks occur when someone targets one of your suppliers with the intention of attacking your business through them. Alternatively, you could be the victim of an attack yourself, with your clients being attacked as well.
To ensure that you’re not at risk from attacks by your suppliers, it is important to thoroughly audit them and ensure they have the right cyber security measures in place. However, this can be time-consuming and costly. You can either hire someone to do it or have the expertise yourself. While you can download a questionnaire or template from the internet, it may not be appropriate for your business.
In this article, I will show you a quick way to audit your suppliers using ChatGPT. ChatGPT is a tool that can generate a questionnaire tailored to your business. To use ChatGPT, you need to sign up at chat.openai.com. Although it is free to use, please note that this demonstration is done using a paid account.
To get started, you need to provide some information to ChatGPT. This includes introducing yourself, your role, and your company. Additionally, you should mention the current cyber security measures in your company and the purpose of the questionnaire. It is important to ask ChatGPT to request any additional information it needs to accurately generate the questionnaire.
Once you have prepared the necessary information, you can copy and paste it into ChatGPT. It will then generate a series of questions for you to respond to. You can copy these questions and paste them into a Word document. Answer the questions in bold to make it easier to identify them later.
After answering the questions, you can copy them back into ChatGPT. It will then generate a customized questionnaire for your business. This process is quick and can be completed within 10 to 15 minutes.
I hope you find this method useful for auditing your supply chains. If you need any more information, please feel free to get in touch with us. Prodrive also runs webinars on security and artificial intelligence, so if you’re interested, please reach out to us. Thank you.
