We are going to take a look at some of the information covered in our GPT course for project managers. In this course, we provide a comprehensive analysis of data using GPT. We have a large spreadsheet with numerous rows and columns containing information such as DUNS numbers and locations. Analyzing such a spreadsheet can be time-consuming, but with GPT, we can quickly analyze the data.
To begin the analysis, we convert the spreadsheet into a CSV format and input it into GPT. GPT then analyzes the data and provides insights into its content. It breaks down the fields and provides a summary of the document. This process, which would take a human a significant amount of time, is done efficiently by GPT.
Furthermore, GPT allows us to analyze specific fields and group them by category. This detailed analysis includes examining the number of unique companies, the distribution of firms by state, and the primary codes associated with these firms. By clicking on the analysis results, we can view further details about the information.
For example, we found that there are 692 unique companies in the dataset, with the highest number of firms located in Florida and Virginia. The most common primary code is 236220, which corresponds to commercial and institutional building construction. GPT can even provide explanations for specific codes.
In our AI for project managers course, we delve deeper into applying AI to project management. By leveraging AI tools like GPT, tasks such as data analysis can be completed in a fraction of the time. We share techniques to optimize the use of AI across all processes and process groups, including agile methodologies. Whether you are a product owner, scrum master, or developer, this course will empower you to harness the power of AI.
