A Review of the ChatGPT Android Version

A Review of the ChatGPT Android Version

Hey everyone! So, Open My Chat ZPT has just launched their official first Android version over the Play Store. I had already pre-registered, so I received the notification just three hours ago. Today is the date, 26th July, and I have already installed the ChatGPT first beta version or pre-release version. In this article, I will share my experience with the app and provide an overview of its interface.

When you open the app for the first time, you will see a login or sign-up page. You can log in with your old account or sign up using your Microsoft, Google, or Apple account, or simply sign up with your email ID. After logging in, you will be redirected to the ChatGPT page.

The app offers various options in the settings, including data controls, subscription plans, and language selection. By default, the chat history training is enabled and stored on the device for 30 days. However, you can manually clear the history or export data.

The main interface of ChatGPT allows you to send voice messages, similar to the Google Voice keyboard. You can also ask queries or interact with the app using text. The app uses a single language model to assist you with various tasks.

During my testing, I asked the app about the price of the Nothing Phone 2, and it provided real-time information up to September 2021. However, for some queries, it may provide information that is a couple of years old.

I also tested the app’s capabilities as a JavaScript developer by asking it to write a JavaScript-based website code for the addition of two numbers. The app successfully generated the code, and I was able to run it in the provided JavaScript editor.

Overall, the ChatGPT Android version offers a user-friendly interface and provides helpful responses. However, it is important to note that the chat history training and data storage may impact privacy. The app also offers a subscription plan, which is currently coming soon.

I hope you found this review helpful. If you did, please like and share this video, and don’t forget to subscribe to my channel for more interesting videos like this. Thank you for watching, and stay subscribed for future updates!
