With this template, you will be able to seamlessly integrate your knowledge base, enabling a support board to effectively respond on WhatsApp, Instagram Messenger, and Telegram. In just a few steps, you will be able to enhance the user experience across multiple messaging platforms by providing instant and accurate responses.

To get started, you just need to visit our website and choose the templates section. There, you will find a custom chart GPT for your business. Open the template and you can read a description and see how it looks. You can use this template by simply pressing the ‘Use Template’ button.

Once you press the button, you will be redirected to another platform where you can either log in or request to register a new account. After that, you will have access to the template on our website or the other platform. You can read an overview, see the category of the template, and view some images to get an idea of how it will look. You can also see the pricing details for one month.

To use the template, simply copy the link for the editor on your device and paste it in your browser. Wait for a moment and you will see the welcome page of your app. Click the button to make all the necessary settings.

Next, you will need to log in to your application using the credentials provided. Copy the credentials by clicking on them and paste them in the login section. Press the login button and you will be logged in to your application, where you can set up everything you need. It’s really easy!

First, you need to make some general settings. Go to the ‘Paint Corn’ section and log in. Create an index by pressing the ‘Create Index’ button and name it. Then, write ‘Dimensions’ and set it to 1536. Press the ‘Create Index’ button to save it. Copy the index name and paste it in the ‘Wind URL’ section. Set the environment and API key.

Next, set up the Open AI API key and prompt. Go to the Open AI website, log in, and go to ‘View API Keys’. Create a new API key and copy it. Paste the API key in the appropriate section and set up a prompt to tell your bot what it needs to do. Press the save button to save the settings.

Now, let’s set up the bots for different messaging platforms. Start with Telegram. Go to the Telegram section and enter the bot token name, private chat ID (if needed), and welcome message. Copy the token and paste it in the appropriate section. Save the settings.

For WhatsApp and Messenger, go to the Facebook development section. Enter your organization’s name and find the WhatsApp section. Copy the link and paste it as the token. Set up the response URL as mentioned in the documentation. Save the settings.

To set up Messenger and Instagram, go to the Messenger section and generate a token. Copy the token and paste it in the appropriate section. Set up the response URL as mentioned in the documentation. Save the settings.

Once the bots are set up, you can start building your knowledge base. Go to the base page and create a knowledge object. Edit the object by adding questions and answers. You can also add links and files to enrich the content. Save the file on Pinecon and wait for it to process.

After the file is processed, you can check the URL and see how the bot responds to user queries. You can also check the user page to see how many users have used the bot and what questions they asked.

That’s it! Now you can use Everbot to see how it answers questions on different messaging platforms. Test it on Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. You will see that the bot provides accurate and helpful responses.
