In this article, I am going to demonstrate a live demo of a voicebot that can answer any kind of business questions in both voice and text formats. This voicebot, called Prisma Hair Company, is specifically designed for a hair salon. The demo showcases how the voicebot works on WhatsApp, but it can also be integrated with other channels like Messenger, Instagram, and webchat. To start the demo, I ask the voicebot for its name, and it responds with both text and voice, introducing itself as Prismi, a customer service assistant for Prisma Hair Company. N

ext, I ask the voicebot who the founder of the company is, and it provides the answer, mentioning the founders' names, Avarnika and Prismika. I continue to ask various questions, such as the phone number of the salon, and the voicebot responds with the information in both text and voice formats. The demo also explains the setup of the voicebot. It integrates with Open AI's GPT4 and uses 11 Labs for voice generation. The business information is stored and tracked using the last input from the user. The voice responses are generated using the selected voice from the Voice Lab in 11 Labs. The article also mentions that users can set up their own voice using 11 Labs and connect with Open AI and 11 Labs integrations. The default reply is set as the AI voice customer bot, which provides responses in both textual and audio formats.
