A Day in My Paleo Meal Plan
Introduction
In this article, I will share with you my daily meal plan that follows the paleo diet. I have carefully curated this plan with the help of my doctors and nutritionists to cater to my specific dietary needs. As someone without a gallbladder and with symptoms like psoriasis, I have to be mindful of what I eat. This meal plan is low-fat, under 1500 calories, and packed with protein.

Lunch consisted of chicken tenderloin and a spinach salad. I seasoned the chicken with rainbow peppercorn and everyday seasoning. I also added apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the salad. The flavors blended well, and the meal was filling.
Snack
For a snack, I had a fourth cup of grainless granola and some apple slices. It was a light and refreshing snack to keep me energized throughout the day.
Dinner
Dinner was a salmon fillet with a side of butternut squash soup. I seasoned the salmon with Sofrito seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice. The butternut squash soup was made by smashing the squash and adding a little chicken bone broth. The combination of flavors was delightful.
