Next, let’s talk about emails.
So, within emails, I’ve divided the section into multiple categories. The first one is the Master Email Prompt Generator. This is just a priming prompt that you can use to assign a role to charge GPT often exploited in email generation. It will start working on the information you provide and write emails accordingly.
The next category is Professional Emails. Here, we talk about how to structure an email, personalizing email strategies, and tailoring your message to a specific audience. We also discuss compelling subject lines to grab the recipient’s attention.
Moving on, we have Marketing Emails. This section provides an inspirational list of things you can ask our GPT as your AI assistant on what type of emails you want to focus on, what are the objectives, and tasks you can ask the RDP to do.
Next, we delve into Sales Emails. We provide email tips and strategies, specifically focused on sales. We also discuss customer service helper tools and how they can support customer service teams in getting information for the customers.
After covering emails, we move on to the topic of eBooks. You can actually write an entire eBook using CharGPT. The process involves brainstorming, market research, and coming up with a topic. You can ask GPT to help you conduct market research analysis and provide you with a suggested outline. Once you have the outline, you can ask GPT to create subtopics for each topic in the outline. Then, you can start writing the content for the book.
Additionally, we provide helpful prompts for eBook formatting and design, as well as theoretical information around publishing a new book.
Next, we touch upon creating courses. While GPT might not be able to create an amazing, comprehensive course, it can help with outlining the course and providing scripts and PowerPoint presentations.
Moving on to career advancement, we provide prompts for different processes, such as applying for new jobs, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, optimizing your LinkedIn profile, job search strategies, and networking.
Lastly, we briefly mention entrepreneurship and students, which will be covered in the next lecture.
