I have excluded these three because I do not have proper equipment to do this, so I would rather prefer not to injure myself. So let’s hit the search button and now this thing starts generating. So okay, we got the day one chest and triceps, day two shoulder and abs, day four back and biceps, day five legs and abs, okay day six and day 7 rest. Okay, we are good to go. So coming back to the point, day one chest and triceps, we got barbell bench press, dumbbell flies, push up, close grip barbell press, dumbbell triceps kickback. So day one is complete. And also day two which is shoulder and abs, so barbell overhead press, dumbbell lateral raise, Arnold press, dumbbell bend over, dumbbell reverse fly, dumbbell upright rows, and also plank. Plank is basically an abs workout. Okay, so here we got in shoulder five work order for shoulder and one for the abs. Also going for the same chest, also we got one workout for the triceps which is dumbbell triceps kickback. Okay, so day number three which is completely leg workout, barbell squat, dumbbell walking lunges, dumbbell calf raise, dumbbell Romanian deadlift, and goblet squat. Okay, for these two, I have changes which is dumbbell walking lunges, dumbbell calf raise. So calf raise is by the way my favorite leg workout. Also, day four which is back and biceps, so I haven’t done any changes on this. So number one is barbell bent over rows, one arm dumbbell row, barbell biceps curl, concentration curl, and hammer curl. When a point also race day, incorporate at least one or two rest days per week to allow for proper muscle recovery and growth. Okay, so this is a four-day workout split which you guys can follow.
